And the best part of their emotion is that each and every one member of their family is thankful to Shantaben's elder daughter who did not marry only so that Shantaben could continue working and her other siblings could study and make a living. Man was Shiva scared talking to me! Did you know there is actually a Idli Cross Road in Ahmedabad near the Maninagar Station? And that most of those folks are off shoot of Shiva's family. And that Shiva was inspired by his parents to take to catering. And yes, they still retain the authentic charm and price of eating a south Indian snack morning to night. Mind you, Shiva says, if I don't shut shop, people will still keep coming. Such is the power of the snack he provides.
